After breakfast your driver will be waiting to take you on a mystery tour to a local attraction before returning to your hotel for lunch. This afternoon offers a chance to either explore the village, relax with a book or join in our program of events and games. Enjoy a complimentary sherry reception in the evening before dinner and entertainment.

24th December, Christmas Eve
Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city and is famed for its vibrancy and the friendliness of its people. The city is constantly developing and has an energetic atmosphere with plenty and shops to do any last minute shopping! Glasgow’s industrial roots as the ‘Second City of the Empire’ have given the city its character and Glasgow now offers fabulous museums, art galleries and architecture. The city has countless impressive Victorian structures, including the Pavillion Theatre where a festive pantomime will be held before returning to your hotel for dinner and entertainment.

25th December, Christmas Day
Enjoy christmas day in Scotland with a relaxing stroll through the village and a walk along the lochside or simply relax by the open fires in the morning. A tradtional Christmas lunch will be served in the afternoon and there will be plenty of fun and games throughout the day to celebrate.

26th December, Boxing Day
Pass through spectacular Glencoe and Rannoch Moor as you head north towards Fort William. Glencoe is undoubtedly the most popular and scenic glen in Scotland. The sheer scale and grandeur of the landscape is sure to inspire and the turbulent history of the area will fascinate visitors. As you head north you will pass nearby Rannoch Moor – one of Scotland’s outstanding areas of natural wilderness and rugged beauty. Lying in the shadow of Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, Fort William is the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’ and boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in the Highlands. Lunch will be provided at our Highland Hotel with a chance to explore the main town in Lochaber before returning to Loch Awe. This afternoon offers a chance to relax with a film or book before your dinner and a farewell party to round off your Christmas in Scotland.
